There are a few major reasoning’s why I have chosen this property. One is because I have made
the decision to switch my girls to Spencer school. They have attended Colby High School since
they began Kindergarten. Granted my second oldest was only there for 1 year but my oldest has
been there the past 6 years. The past year she has moved up to the middle school. So its
defiantly a different atmosphere compared to Elementary school. But she began to have
problems half way through the year with not doing her homework and too much girl drama and
boy drama. I know we will have that wherever we go but she didn’t changer her ways after we
had sat down and talked with her. Previous years we didn’t have to worry about it with her. She
is a very smart young lady but now she has gotten side tracked. My ex-husband which would be
her father lives in Spencer, WI and went to school there. He has been trying for a couple years
now and talking me into transferring them. And after the last half of the year we had with our
daughter I decided to jump on board. I went to go tour the Spencer school and I absolutely loved
it. It is a lot smaller than Colby and in my eyes so old school, which I love! Secondly, we have
a 3 bedroom now and would like to have one more room, just for extra space. My two younger
girls share a room and they are 4 years apart and eventually my second will want her own room.
Thirdly, it’s out in the country and I absolutely love the country. I have lived in town my whole
life and don’t get me wrong I love living in town. But now it’s time to have quiet time and let
the girls run outside and do whatever they want. Not having to worry about vehicles or
strangers. We definitely are all ready for a new change in life! Overall, I am ready to own my
home and be happy and do what I want with the house and having a nice big yard!
