Case Study, ‘The Gift’ (Trevino & Nelson, 2014, p. 432). 
Answer the following five questions:

What kind of ethical issue is this?
Why would it be against corporate policy to accept such a gift? Do you agree with the policy? Why or why not?
Put yourself in the “shoes” of each of the parties. How might they think about the issue?
Imagine that you are the corporate vice-president in charge of business ethics and conduct for your firm. Would you be willing to change this policy? Why or why not?

Write a four (4) pages paper outlining their answers as a separate ‘Paragraph Heading 1’ of your paper. For example, Paragraph Heading 1 could be something like, ‘Ethical Issue,’ Paragraph Heading 2, could be something like, ‘Corporate Policy,’ and so on for all questions, 3 through 5.
1) Answers all four questions. Develop each question as a separate ‘Paragraph Heading’ as described above.
2) Answer all questions in a MS Word document utilizing the SIU – APA 6.0 – Assignment Paper – Template file as a guide for your essay, SIU_APA 6.0_Assignment Paper_Template-3.doc
3) Your paper has to be written following the APA 6.0 (2010) writing style format, including the references for your evidence and analysis that supports your position(s) about above discussed subjects. You have to present at least one academic reference for each page of your paper. This will bring you to five references besides your textbook’s.
