Visit a food service establishment of your choice and meet with one of the managers. Discuss the organization’s safe foodhandling practices. Prepare a 4 – 5 page research report including your learnings and observations of proper and improper safety and sanitation practices. In addition to your textbook, the research report must include a minimum of three references based on a combination of library research,internet research, and/or news articles. Please cite these references in your work. You should also include the name and title of the person you interviewed. The report should be typed, double spaced, with grammatically correct sentences and accurate spelling.
