I will attach all the needed papers, instructions, and files. I have a completed paper 2 and the one corrected by instructor. Paper 2 leads to paper 3 which is an expanded version which i am expecting you to complete. The resources that will need to be used for paper 3 are the W Edward Demings 7 deadly diseases you will have to somehow include those in there you can find those on google, also if you dont mind and feel like its suitable you could include something from The Abilene Paradox in Organizations and Phrog Farms and how they relate to the organization i wrote about. I will be up so you can give me any questions. So simply all you have to do is correct paper 2 following the instructions on corrected version by professor then according to syllabus about paper 3 which i included as image develop the paper 3 with the foundation that i have already provided using the materials of Deming about his 7 organizational diseases. let me know if you have any questions i will explain more

Paper 2
Evaluation of an Organization
I am going to choose my organization as UDC. I have been a student here for
three and a half years, I also been employed as a student employee for almost a year
now. I am going to talk about some disadvantages and issues that UDC have got, my
opinion on how to fix them and also advantages and what I like about this
university. I have been here for that relatively short amount of time, but I have
observed some things as a student. I am not going to such criticize UDC on my paper,
of course as any university no matter public or private UDC has got some issues as
well. Some of the obstacles and issues I experienced happened I when I just got here
and started applying to school, it was the admissions department of the school. I
experienced some frustration in other departments as well.
When I came to the UDC to apply for the first time I stayed in a line for a long
time, and even after that I was told that person that handles international
application has been gone, so I basically waited for almost 3 hours just to be told
that instead of being notified that I wont be able to see the person in charge of
international students. It took me up to two weeks to reach that person even though
I was in admissions office several days a week. After I finally reached the office, I
was actually told that my transcripts got lost, so my principle had to resend them
again with tracking. My transcripts were delivered but got lost again as well it was
really frustrating for me to deal with it. I know also a lot of students have been
having a lot of issues with Financial Aid office, luckily I was able to pay off my tuition
right away so I did not have to deal with financial aspect of that office but more
going through hassle with job application which actually took me a year and half to
finally start on my job. I was simply promised to be starting job within the weeks
and it stretched over three semesters. As an international student for me to work
legally and not loose my OPT (optional practical training) would be to work on
campus and that is why I was relying on it a lot. I also ran into a lot of troubles with
International Student coordinator because I believe they were not trained good
enough to handle international paperwork, I feel like those positions should be
appointed to people that have been international students at some point themselves
so they know the right procedures and to closely understand what some
international students are going through. If they have not been through that process
themselves they at least should be trained well enough to know basic procedures
and process and later on can follow up actions by the book.
Since I got to UDC about 4 years ago I noticed that a lot of majors were not
available and there have been more that got shutdown. Recently UDC closed down a
lot of majors and some majors are close to loose accreditation I feel like that could
affect overall public image of the university as well as less big company employers
trying to recruit students from UDC. Another issue would be not a large variety of
majors available, which would lead to decline of students because of not available
majors that they would like to select. The only solution for that would be to raise
more money and apply for better grants from government.
One of the things I would also like to see would be more online classes. I
believe since there is a big majority of students who are working while in school we
need more available online programs and classes. Sometimes it is hard to skip work
to attend the university or after a long night of studying waking up for early classes
and then going to work. Having online classes will allow students to manage their
time better.
For all the years I have been at UDC I felt like it was a commuter school,
campus seems to be dead you can see people only in between classes when they are
just going to their next class. There are usually some events going on at the campus
but people are not informed well about it. I feel management can work on better
notifying students via emails and other social networks so students are more aware
of what is happening on university campus.
Despite all the troubles and frustration that I have gone through at UDC I still
like the school in terms of diversity and that does not only apply to students but the
professors as well. We have students from almost 65 countries around the world
and very diverse staff and professors who are bringing in more culture into UDC.
Having diverse student force in classes leads to a larger opinion and more diverse
discussions, this gives us chance to learn more about how others see the world and
discover more about their background, culture and the way they think. I also
observed despite professors being from different countries they also are professors
at different universities around DMV area as well, and there are a lot of professors
from big schools like Howard, Georgetown, and George Washington. This assures
me that education that we get at UDC is not any worse that education the students
are getting in those big schools. One advantage in my opinion that we have over
those big schools is our classroom sizes. Having a smaller class leads to more
interaction between instructor and students, and in my opinion that way student
whenever they struggle with something have a better chance of understanding
because they can easily ask the professor. Smaller classes also mean smaller lines
for students during instructors office hours, that way any student that does not
understand the topic or material can go after class hours and have a one on one
session with the professor.
Here I listed some problems that we as UDC students face and also some
positive things that I also found in this school, I believe that there is a way for UDC
to be great as it used to be back in the day.

this paper. Reorganize, rework, add, and expand greatly
for paper #3. Add structure to the paper. Overall, put
effort into your work.

I feel you are bright and intelligent, and can do superb
work in all of your classes. Somehow you don’t apply
your ability, do not come to class, don’t seem to study,
and are generally absent. Why?
