*Identify JCpenny’s external opportunities and threats.

*  Prepare a Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix, SPACE Matrix, BCG Matrix, and IE Matrix  for the company
*  Utilizing the strategies developed from your matrices, construct a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) (Most important analysis). Be specific in terms strategies. You should have at least three strategies including one that states “keep current strategy” 

All of these questions need to be discussed or explained in a words. So after a Matrices is created it needs to be explained in words. 

Between all of the information, I will need at least 10-12 pages of work if possible between charts and paragraphs.
