He has directed you to prepare an information paper that identifies possible mission areas or responsibility overlaps within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) operating agencies and to provide recommendations for possible consolidation. You are required to conduct library research to locate scholarly studies on the topic.You can access articles via the CYBRARY.At least 800 words (minimum) for the paper. The paper deals with overlap of agencies who fall under DHS. You will need to do some research on this. Identify at least 2 agencies (can use more) under DHS and their missions. Still lost…here is a couple of examples…obviously, you need to dig into the subject matter more than this…but this is what I am talking about… Example 1: A potential overlap may exist between the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) because both are assigned missions that involve illegal immigrant or person interdiction (DHS, n.d.).Example 2: An overlap of transportation security issues may occur between the USCG and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the critical point in ocean or river materials shipment at a port facility. The question of resolution is when is cargo no longer on a ship? Does the responsibility shift as soon as the cargo is lifted from a vessel or when the cargo leaves the dock by crane to a ship or vessel
