Inherent in the leadership role is that leaders must solve problems in their work environment. Problem-solving is not a random process, but one that consists of concrete steps that lead to a solution. The first step is to determine whether the problem is within their control and if it is significant enough to intervene. Considering this please address the following prompts in your discussion:
Pick something that you feel is a significant problem in your workplace.
Using the problem definition model from your readings, work through the steps needed to answer the questions about this problem.
After completing this process, write the problem statement and speak to how easy or difficult finding a solution to this problem will be.
