Instructions For Assignment
1. Assignment must be done in APA format
2. Case analysis should be 2-4 full double spaced pages in length
(500-1000 words), excluding the cover page.
3. Cover page must include: title, name, university, facilitator, course
number, and date (I will fill this information out).
4. Briefly summarize the case, identifying the ethical nature of the
problem, along with the essential elements and factors involved
that will be talked about in the case. This is the ABSTRACT.
5. Answer each of the questions at the end of the case (this is the
paper). The case starts on page 116 (case study 5.1) and ends at the
top of page 117.
6. A minimum of three references must be used. The book can be
one. Please use all APA format when it comes to citing. In-text
citations must be included. It is highly recommended that
information from the chapter be included into the paper (not word
for word, but paraphrased and cited).
Please Note: Outside sources SHOULD NOT overpower the book
reference and in-text citations.
7. Once paper is finished, prepare an oral presentation of the case in
enough depth that you can lead a class discussion of the questions
at the end of the case.
Please Note: This is an APA paper. Abstract must be included. No
question and answer format is to be used. Information must be detailed
and cited properly.
