The most common problems that an organization get have are like if there are no clear instructions, this is the most common now a days in the organizations. Another one is, organization blending with multiple people who work for them. Failure to improve the competencies and follow the latest ways of protection. To maintain the customer satisfaction and consumers data privacy one as an organization should protect them, lack of this awareness could also lead to the issues in the organization. They need to communicate among themselves in order to get maximum out the protection strategies (Araujo, 2019).
The Organization might have to use different tools and techniques to monitor and report the same. They notify the consumers upfront about computers and workstations, that all the employees’ activity on that computers are monitored. Since all the employees use the organizations network it would be easy for them to monitors the computers. Things like email and instant messaging will be monitored for sure, and employees should think that there is no privacy in these things and be conscious on what they are doing on it (Palmiere, 2019). All the telephone line and calls are monitored and recorded. Mobile devices connecting through their network would be also very vulnerable to the monitoring by them. It was strongly recommended that employees personal devices kept away from workstation networks and avoid hooking them to work computers. One another main thing is social media. Since this is all monitored social media should be avoided.
The end users will be in panic a little be it is no secrete that the monitoring is done in every organization. End user should be careful to use the company’s data and their personal data correctly. They should be aware of all these things and know what to do and what not to do.
