Week 2 RAR
: Discuss how a leader identifies what is “right” for his or her organization.  How does an organization’s definition of “right” influence the practices for attracting, keeping, developing and hiring the right people, and then how do those practices impact other organizational practices?
 Give an example of one of these practices that your organization does well. Discuss how that practice contributes to life-enhancement for both the organization and the individual.
