structures that was rare because of the cultural activities that existed then. But with time there
came a period that new political structures were developed. Like in Italy, the administrative
centers were divided into smaller cities and territories. With time, better political entities were
developed in the regions that helped in better administration. An Historian and philosopher
Quentin Skinner noted that a new form of political and social organization was taking shape in
the Italy. Italy had exited from the Feudalism and had adopted the merchant and commerce to
base the activities and development of the community.
Cities beyond Italy were also adopting new ways of administration that created
