Technology and time. The alarm clock rings and you jump out of bed. Forty-five minutes later, you’re headed out of the house with an insulated coffee cup in one hand, and a bag with a cell phone, and iPad or laptop in the other. Time can be a great stressor, especially since there seems never to be enough of it.How much of your day is ruled by the clock? Think about the number of times you look at a clock from the time you get up until you go to bed at night. Why are you checking the time? What would happen in your own world if you had no way to tell time for an entire day?
